Our Chef’s Table, set in a semi-private room beside the wine cellar with a view into the kitchen, provides an intimate setting for gatherings of 5–8 guests. For larger celebrations, our main dining room is available for a Full Buyout, accommodating up to 28 seated guests or more for standing receptions. PRIVATE DINING GUIDE
The Chef’s Table at Huso offers the same 12-course tasting journey enjoyed by our upstairs guests, crafted by Executive Chef Buddha Lo. Nestled in an intimate space beside the kitchen, the experience invites guests to engage with the artistry of the culinary team while enjoying refined service in a semi-private setting. Ideal for groups of 5–8, the immersive menu unfolds over approximately 2.5 hours. Reservations are available 30 days out and subject to an additional room fee. Kindly note that our Chef’s Table does not offer wheelchair accessibility.

The Full Buyout option is ideal for larger celebrations, offering exclusive use of the main dining room. The space accommodates up to 28 guests for a seated dinner, arranged as one continuous table for a shared experience or divided into smaller tables to suit your event. Seated dinners feature a thoughtfully crafted seasonal 5-course menu, adapted from our tasting menu, with the ability to accommodate most dietary restrictions with advance notice. For larger gatherings, the space may also be reserved for a standing reception, featuring a bespoke selection of passed and stationed canapés.
